In meiner Kunst versuche ich die Kombination verschiedener Ansätze: die Transformation handwerklicher Raffinesse flämischer und niederländischer Malerei des 15. bis 17. Jahrhunderts sowie die Adaption klassischer Bildsysteme in eine zeitgemässe, klare Bildsprache.


Dadurch verbindet sich die kunsthistorische Vergangenheit mit der kulturellen Gegenwart auf faszinierende Weise.

In my art, I try to combine different approaches: the transformation of the technical sophistication of Flemish and Dutch painting from the 15th to 17th century and the adaptation of classical pictorial systems into a contemporary, clear visual language.


This combines the art-historical past with the cultural present in a fascinating way.
